Anyone interested in finding out everything you could possibly want to know about a future as an Engineer should sign up outside room 200 for the “Engineer for a Day” program at the Fenn College of Engineering at CSU. This program will give you valuable information to help you make a decision about a career as an engineer. Also, CSU will place you on Friday, February 19 to shadow an engineer in the field you are interested in. Don't wait too long to sign up, as spaces are limited. See Mrs. Kleinsmith for info.

Attention Students: The Media Center hours will be adjusted today and tomorrow. Today the Media Center will close at 3:30 for a faculty meeting. Tomorrow, it will be closed before school. All schedule changes will be posted on the Media Center doors; please take note and plan accordingly.

Attention Students: This is just a reminder that if you have any holiday shopping left the Pirate Shop is open this Wednesday and Friday from 11am to 1pm. It will also be open during the holiday concert on Wednesday, December 16.

If you love biology or chemistry labs and have ever thought about becoming a medical lab technologist, there will be a career program for you in the Distance Learning Lab during second period on January 7. In order to attend you must sign up before winter break, so please do so outside Room 200 ASAP.

Attention Speech & Debate Public Forum members: The meeting today will start promptly at 3:30 in Mr. Moeller's room. Please remember to bring your December cases for debate.

The Class Clash is back! The senior class did a fabulous job of buying the most presale tickets for the Dancing through the Decades dance. The holidays are just around the corner, and that means UGLY HOLIDAY SWEATERS! This Friday is the contest. The grade with the ugliest and craziest holiday sweaters wins, so search your closets and represent your class in the Class Clash!

Student Council is sponsoring a holiday raffle to benefit Smile Train, a charity that helps fund reconstructive surgery for children with cleft palate. Tickets will be on sale during all lunch periods today through Friday. Winners will be announced Friday afternoon. Tickets are $1 or 3 for $2, and prizes include a free year of Chick-Fil-A, $30 Chipotle gift card, a free manicure, Mitchell's gift cards, and much more. This holiday season your ticket purchase could make a difference in the life of a child.
